About This Tour

Eight days that take in nearly everything Uttarakhand is known for short of the Char Dham. It begins at Har Ki Pauri with the evening aarti and ends on the water at Nainital, and in between it crosses from Garhwal to Kumaon.

Haridwar and Rishikesh for the temples and the ghats; Dehradun en route; two nights at Mussoorie for Kempty, Cloud’s End and Gun Hill; Corbett for the forest; and two at Nainital for the Naini, Bhimtal, Sattal and Naukuchiatal. Jeep safari charges at Corbett are extra.

Day by day, here is exactly how Haridwar, Rishikesh, Mussoorie, Corbett & Nainital unfolds — 7 nights and 8 days, starting and ending at Bagdogra / NJP / Siliguri.

Day 1, Station to Haridwar
Pick-up from Delhi Airport/ Station & drive to Haridwar Check-in the Hotel after some rest visit Sivananda Ashram, Geeta Ashram, temples- Chandi Devi temple(Chamunda Devi), Mansa Devi Temple by cable car. Also witnessed Aarti of the Holy River Ganges at Har Ki Pauri. Night stay in Haridwar.
Day 2, Haridwar to Rishikesh Sightseeing
After Breakfast Check-out from Hotel & drive to Rishikesh & visiting Rishikesh Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhoola, Neelkanth Mahadev Temple(Own Cost) (dedicated to Nilkanth, an aspect of Shiva), Lakshman Temple(known for its decorative wall engravings), Shri Bharat Mandir(An ancient Divine temple of Lord Vishnu). Also visit Trimbakeshwar Temple(13-story Hindu temple along the banks of the Ganges River) & Gita Bhawan (observance of Sanatana Dharma). Evening check-in the Hotel. Dinner & overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 3, Mussoorie Local Sightseeing Tour
After breakfast, proceed to visit the famous Kempty fall which is 15Kms approx. from Mussoorie. It is a popular tourist point in Mussoorie. Cloud Ends is 7Kms approx. from Mussoorie. It is the highest point of Mussoorie offering an awesome view to tourists. Camels Back Road is around 3 Kms from Mussoorie. As the name suggests, rocks are shaped like a hump of a camel at the end of a road. Gun Hill Point is the second highest point in Mussoorie. It is also accessible by a cable car. It offers a complete view of Mussoorie. It is famous among tourists to view the sunset and sunrise. Also visit mall road. Back to the hotel. Overnight at Mussoorie.
Day 4, Mussoorie to Corbett
Today the road climbs into the heart of the region. You will see After breakfast, drive from Mussoorie to Corbett National Park. The evening is yours. Overnight at stay in Corbett.
Day 5, Corbett Park to Jeep Safari
Early morning enjoy jungle safari at the Corbett National Park (at your own cost). Return to the resort for breakfast. In the afternoon, visit Corbett Wildlife Museum, Dhikala which offers an awesome uninterrupted panoramic view of the valley. Back to the resort. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. Corbett Tiger Reserve: India's first national park, cradled in the foothills of the Himalayas at 3300 feet asl, spreads over an area of 520 sq km. The magnificent Ramganga River flows through the entire length of the Park. Corbett has the highest density of tigers in India. Other carnivores include the leopard, elephant, bear, deer. Basking along the banks of the Ramganga are the slender snouted gharial and the marsh crocodile. There are watch towers, elephant safaris and jeep safaris for wildlife viewing. Note- Jeep Safari Charges will be Extra.
Day 6, Corbett to Nainital
After Breakfast check-out from Hotel & drive to Nainital.On arrival, check in to the hotel. After refreshing yourself at the hotel in Nainital, proceed for sightseeing tour, beginning with boating on the famous Nainital Lake-Naini Lake (at your own cost) and visit to the holy Naina Devi Temple. After that, visit famous tourist spots like Tiffin Top, Naina Peak, Cave Garden, Bara Pathar, Lover's Point, Lands End, Naina Peak etc.(sightseeing will be covered as per time permitting). In the evening, enjoy shopping at the Mall Road. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. Note:- Tempo traveller or higher seating vehicle are allowed upto Nainital Parking only. For local sightseeing in Nainital guests have to take a local vehicle for sightseeing from Nainital Union on direct payment basis.
Day 7, Nainital Lake Tour
After breakfast drive for lake tour of Nainital. Nainital is the main tourist attraction. Here Naini Lake is famous for boating (Half an hour ride), Bhimtal is about 25 kilometers from Nainital. It is the largest lake among Nainital Lake Tour, Sattal(seven lakes) is about 25 kilometers from Nainital. As the name suggests is a group of seven lakes interconnected, Naukuchiatal is about 30 kilometers from Nainital. It is a 9 cornered lake. Drive back to Hotel, Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 8, Nainital to Station Drop
The journey closes today. You will be dropped at Delhi Board Flight / Train for onward journey, and the tour concludes with memories that stay with you long after.
