About This Tour

Five days along the river and up into the hills. Haridwar first, for the evening aarti at Har Ki Pauri — hundreds of lamps set on the water as the light goes — with Mansa Devi by cable car and Chandi Devi above the town.

Rishikesh follows, then the climb to Mussoorie through Dehradun, where Sahastradhara, Robber’s Cave and Tapkeshwar Mahadev come en route. Two nights on the ridge give you time for Kempty Falls, Cloud’s End, Gun Hill and the Mall without rushing any of it.

Itinerary

Day by day, here is exactly how Haridwar, Rishikesh & Mussoorie unfolds — 4 nights and 5 days, starting and ending at Bagdogra / NJP / Siliguri.

  • Day 1, Kathgodam to Haridwar

    Pick-up from Delhi Airport/ Station & drive to Haridwar Check-in the Hotel after some rest visit Sivananda Ashram, Geeta Ashram, temples- Chandi Devi temple(Chamunda Devi), Mansa Devi Temple by cable car. Also witnessed Aarti of the Holy River Ganges at Har Ki Pauri. Night stay in Haridwar.

  • Day 2, Haridwar to Rishikesh Sightseeing

    After Breakfast Check-out from Hotel & drive to Rishikesh & visiting Rishikesh Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhoola, Neelkanth Mahadev Temple(Own Cost) (dedicated to Nilkanth, an aspect of Shiva), Lakshman Temple(known for its decorative wall engravings), Shri Bharat Mandir(An ancient Divine temple of Lord Vishnu). Also visit Trimbakeshwar Temple(13-story Hindu temple along the banks of the Ganges River) & Gita Bhawan (observance of Sanatana Dharma). Evening check-in the Hotel. Dinner & overnight stay in Hotel.

  • Day 3, Rishikesh toMussoorie via Dehradun Sightseeing

    After Breakfast Check-out from Hotel & drive Dehradun sightseeing.(Sahastra Dhara, Tapkeshwar Mahadev Temple, Robbers Cave, Janda Sahib) Evening Reach Mussoorie. Check-in the Hotel. Dinner & overnight stay in Hotel.

  • Day 4, Mussoorie Local Sightseeing Tour

    After breakfast, proceed to visit the famous Kempty fall which is 15Kms approx. from Mussoorie. It is a popular tourist point in Mussoorie. Cloud Ends is 7Kms approx. from Mussoorie. It is the highest point of Mussoorie offering an awesome view to tourists. Camels Back Road is around 3 Kms from Mussoorie. As the name suggests, rocks are shaped like a hump of a camel at the end of a road. Gun Hill Point is the second highest point in Mussoorie. It is also accessible by a cable car. It offers a complete view of Mussoorie. It is famous among tourists to view the sunset and sunrise. Also visit mall road. Back to the hotel. Overnight at Mussoorie.

  • Day 5, Mussoorie to Kathgodami Drop

    The last morning, and an easy one. You will be dropped at Delhi Board Flight / Train for onward journey, and the tour concludes with memories that stay with you long after.
