All rates published on this website are quoted per person in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise, and most carry a minimum group size. What is and is not included is listed in full on each package page. Where a package shows Price on Request, the applicable tariff will be confirmed to you in writing before booking.

Itineraries are planned carefully, but hill and island travel can be affected by weather, road conditions, ferry schedules, permit rules and local restrictions. We reserve the right to alter the sequence of sightseeing or to substitute an arrangement of a comparable standard where this becomes necessary for your safety or for reasons outside our control.

Hotels and homestays are confirmed within the category you have selected. Where a named property is unavailable, an alternative of a similar standard will be provided. Standard check-in and check-out times apply at all properties.

You are responsible for carrying valid identity documents for every member of your party, for arriving at the stated pick-up point on time, for declaring any medical condition that may affect your travel, and for conducting yourself with respect towards local communities, staff and fellow travellers.
